One 30-minute phone or video consultation to review the findings
Our goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident when advocating for your child's educational needs.
CONSULTATION
• The written feedback summary will be delivered within five (5) business days after DLS receives full payment, a completed intake form, and all required readable documents. Weekends and recognized business holidays are excluded.
• The included consultation must be scheduled and completed within thirty (30) calendar days after the written feedback summary is delivered. Appointments are subject to availability; interpretation may be requested in advance and is subject to confirmation.
• The service is a review of documents provided by the family, not an independent evaluation, medical assessment, legal assessment, or determination of eligibility, placement, services, or accommodations.
• DLS cannot guarantee a particular school decision, change to an IEP, eligibility result, or educational outcome.

PAYMENT CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
• Full payment is required before the review begins. Promotional rates apply to eligible enrollments completed by December 1, 2026.
• A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of DLS receiving records sent by you (parent/guardian). After this 24-hour receipt period, a refund will not be provided unless DLS is unable to complete the services described in this agreement.
• If DLS cannot provide the purchased service, the family will receive a refund for services not performed. Please allow 5 business days after receipt of student records before scheduling a consultation.
• Missed consultation appointments may be rescheduled at DLS's discretion within the original 30-day consultation period.
Unused consultation time is not credited toward other services.
• Additional services or fees require a separate agreement and approval.
